EDEN Projects Ltd. is a Design-to-Build firm. Our Designs are built around your desired lifestyle, observing the integrity of the home’s architecture, the influence of the surrounding landscape—it’s gifts, it’s visitors, leading you through it’s contours, ensuring every inch of space is considered.
But the magic really happens in the Build. Our process builds in feasibility, pre-construction audits, and carefully selected trades and materials. We’ll create schedules, inviting right-fit local talent and trade professionals to weigh in and call out areas of concern or complications. We’ll review initial cost, host value-engineering exercises, and sequence projects before breaking ground — building a camaraderie between all parties to ensure everyone’s goals are achieved and everyone is accountable. Every step of our services are construction informed — outdoor living and landscape construction is our forte!
Projects are led by our Principal Danée, and supported by Eden’s construction liaisons to inspire, manage, and execute on the spirit of the design, uniting trade partners and local talent. We build on solid foundations that make each project timeless and enduring.
