Danée Lambourne

A seasoned expert in white-glove client services, Danée's background is steeped in thoughtful Design, user experience, portfolio management, lifestyle and horticulture. A journey that has formed the "secret sauce" that shapes Eden's contributions in the Outdoor Living Design and Build domain. Danée developed a deep appreciation for nature's beauty, sustenance, and therapeutic qualities from an early age. Raised in the Fraser Valley, making her way to Vancouver Island in her early 20s; she immersed herself in local produce, nursery production, and community advocacy.
Leaning into her business studies, Danée's love for outdoor living, plants, and construction lead her to a role she commands with grace. Recognized for her design execution and adept management of construction projects, she founded Inventing Eden Landscapes, our holistic-regenerative focussed division. Later launching what is now the Premier Design/Build management firm, EDEN Projects Ltd., specializing in Bespoke Outdoor Living Space Design and Build.
With over two decades of experience shaping landscapes on BC's wild West Coast, Danée calls upon top-tier craftsmanship, suppliers, services and affiliates. Her work speaks to her expertise in navigating challenging sites, from access and congestion issues to sites that navigate Indigenous and heritage designations. Be there extreme grades, unwanted guests, access or exposure complexities, Danée’s team will bring a thoughtful and pragmatic approach with an unwavering dedication to your goals.
Fuelled by her profound passion for the natural world, Danée's deepest devotion lies in fostering connections. Pivoting gracefully from ‘client advocate’ to ‘Foreman’, she leads with confidence and vision, emphasizing collaboration while celebrating the contributions of her fellow trade partners and creators. As she aptly puts it, - "We stand on the shoulders of giants. Without our trades community, we’re simply dreamers.“
LAUREN LEBLANC

Vancouver Island Born and raised, Lauren is deeply connected to the lush landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.
With a vibrant passion for horticulture, she is a certified expert in her field, specializing in ornamental gardens that flourish in the diverse microclimates of Vancouver Island.
Nurturing and perfecting outdoor spaces, while becoming intimately acquainted with a vast array of plant species suited to the island's unique conditions; Lauren’s guiding principle of 'right plant, right place' ensures not only thriving gardens but also harmonious integration with their surroundings.
As our Production lead, Lauren echoes Eden’s collective enthusiasm for quality, comradery and organization. She leads with strong communication and follow up, keeps project goals at the forefront and drives home the benefits of unity by closing loops and providing support where needed.
Lauren applies critical thinking & active listening when considering the goals of a garden, tailoring each space to bring enjoyment and solace. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset, ensuring every project she leads achieves both aesthetic pause and ecological benefits.

CHELSEA BILBAR

Chelsea Bilbar is a passionate architectural technologist with a strong foundation in sustainable and inclusive design. A recent graduate of Centennial College’s Architectural Technology program in Toronto—with an earlier degree in Architecture from the University of Mindanao—Chelsea brings a global perspective and a deep-rooted commitment to environmentally conscious design.
Since joining Eden Projects in 2024, Chelsea has applied her skills to real-world landscapes where technical insight meets ecological intention. She thrives on collaboration, creative problem-solving, and the challenge of translating big ideas into beautiful, buildable outcomes.
Chelsea’s love for green architecture and thoughtful placemaking continues to fuel her growth. She believes in the power of design to uplift communities and transform how people connect with the spaces around them—and she’s dedicated to doing just that.
SUSANNE BIBBEY

Susanne’s role sits right at the centre of everything at Eden HQ, keeping projects on track and communications flowing smoothly. With a strong background in hospitality management, she brings a steady, organized hand to our day-to-day operations. Her role bridges the gap between our design teams, finance admin, and production crews—managing multiple moving parts without losing sight of our clients at the heart of the process.
Driven by a deep love for the land, Susanne chose to redesign her professional life and dedicated four years of study to the Pacific Horticulture College, ultimately completing her Red Seal certification. Now, she’s excited to combine this hands-on schooling with her administrative background to ensure our projects and operations move forward in perfect alignment.
Susanne thrives in collaborative environments and genuinely enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that helps both people and projects succeed. Outside of work, she can usually be found tending her lavender fields, traveling with her family, or cheering on her kiddos from the bleachers! She is thrilled to be part of the Eden Projects team and looks forward to contributing to the beautiful spaces they create.
CAMERON NEUFELD

Cameron Neufeld is an eager design student currently enrolled in UBC’s bachelor of design program. His passion for the outdoors and nature have been foundational to his ongoing pursuit of landscape design.
His studies at UBC have equipped Cameron with strong conceptual skills. Returning to his roots in Victoria, Cameron is excited to apply his conceptual design skills and technical abilities to the thoughtful production of landscape design projects through a professional lens.
With opportunities for collaborative project facilitation, Cameron leverages his contemporary design philosophy and good attitude to bring a fresh perspective to the approach of landscape design.
Joining Eden Projects in 2026, an exciting future of continued professional growth awaits Cameron.
MATT HOLLORAN

Matt is a landscape designer with a passion for creating immersive outdoor environments and high-quality 3D visualizations that bring design ideas to life. His work focuses on helping clients clearly see and experience their future spaces before construction begins, bridging the gap between concept and reality.
Matt’s connection to the landscape industry began early, working alongside his father in the family landscaping business where he first learned the fundamentals of outdoor construction and plant care. This hands-on foundation continues to shape his practical, buildable approach to design.
In 2020, Matt graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Graphic Design, combining his background in visual communication with his passion for outdoor spaces. Since then, he has worked with a range of landscape professionals, refining his skills under experienced mentors and developing a design process that balances creativity, clarity, and functionality.
When he’s not designing, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son, and playing music, always drawing inspiration from the natural environments that influence his work.
